Midwest Flood Control Testifies to Congress on WRDA 2026

On December 17, 2025, Midwest Flood Control Association Executive-Vice President Charles Camillo testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Transportation and Infrastructure Committee’s Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment for the hearing, “Water Resources Development Act of 2026: Stakeholder Priorities.” The subcommittee examined the different perspectives held by non-Federal partners and the challenges they face, and what they believe should be addressed in the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) 2026 bill.
